• ​Eight Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Courses (MBSR)Our structured mindfulness courses in Corsham and Chippenham teach simple techniques to help you pay attention to your breathing, body sensations, thoughts and feelings in a gentle and uncritical manner.

  •  Introduction Sessions A practical stand alone session where you can learn about mindfulness and decide whether our MBSR course is right for you or your organisation.

  • Mindfulness Continuation Training If you have completed an MBSR course with us or another teacher, you can attend regular practice sessions to sustain and nourish your mindfulness.

  •  Mindfulness Retreats A mindfulness half day or full day retreat is a great way to consolidate and deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive environment.

  • Mindfulness Modules We deliver tailored packages and our mindfulness modules to community groups, health and social care practitioners and organisations.

  • 1:1 Teaching for all ages If you are unable to attend our courses or prefer learning 1:1 we can tailor mindfulness training to your needs.

  •  Mindfulness Walks Mindful walking in nature promotes ease and peace of mind.  We have led various Mindful Walks as part of Mental Health Awareness Week and the Corsham Walking Festival.

  • An online 8 week course via the Midlands Centre for Mindfulness and Compassion, Coventry University.

What we Offer

Autumn 2017

​​Eight Week Mindfulness Course starts 5th October

7.30 - 9.30 p.m. Springfield Community Campus, Corsham

Start a journey to develop your resources to cope, heal and take charge of your life, deepening your understanding and care for yourself and for others.

This long-established mindfulness based stress reduction course teaches skills to be practised at home and integrated into daily life.  

Introduction Sessions

Get a taste of what you will experience on the course, and find out about the history, neuroscience and benefits of mindfulness-based interventions.

Thursday 21 September, Thursday 28 September at 7.30-9.30 p.m.

Cost: £10, refunded from course fee

The full course fee of £195 includes 20 hours of teaching, course handbook, guided meditation recordings and a half day retreat.  Concessions available.
