Mindfulness is a buzzword at the moment, yet it is not a new invention.

This basic skill of discovering or re-discovering how to bring an uncritical awareness to the present moment rather than rushing through our lives, carried away by powerful habits and emotions, has been known to humankind for thousands of years. Scientific research has proven that mindfulness greatly benefits physical and mental health for

people of all ages.
